Ordering Perry Political
Perry Political costs $95 for a one election license, including voter data. Voter data is only available to political candidates and committees.
You also need to sign a form (DOC) acknowledging that you will use the data only for political purposes.

In some areas, I cannot provide data. For example, West Virginia does not allow redistribution of the data. For those areas, the cost is $45.
Restrictions on Voter Data:
Every state has restrictions on how voter registration data can be used. All of them allow political candidates to use the data to contact voters. None of them allow the data to be used to advertise commercial products.
If you want to order data, there is a form you need to sign under penalty of perjury that you are who you say you are, you are running a political campaign, you will use the data for political purposes only, and so on.
